KidznLife is a product for parents, legal guardians, and other adults who make decisions on behalf of a family. The Service helps adults discover places, events, and content that may be of interest to families. KidznLife is not intended for, marketed to, or directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We rely on contractual safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) to ensure appropriate protection. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions other than your own.

Because KidznLife helps families discover places and activities, User Content may occasionally depict minors (including your own children) or other identifiable people. You are responsible for the content you upload. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
We strongly recommend that you do not upload images in which a minor’s face is clearly recognizable. When in doubt, blur faces, crop minors out of the frame, or choose a different photo.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, blur, pixelate, or otherwise restrict any content that we consider inappropriate, unsafe for minors, or in violation of these commitments or applicable law. You can request the removal of content depicting a minor by writing to privacy@kidznlife.com; we will act on such requests without undue delay.

GDPR / UK GDPR. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Other jurisdictions. We honour rights granted under applicable local law (including the CCPA/CPRA in California). Contact privacy@kidznlife.com to exercise these rights. We will not retaliate against you for exercising any privacy right.
We implement technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege provisioning, and monitoring. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately at security@kidznlife.com of any suspected compromise.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites; content embedded from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, and similar platforms; and integrations with third-party authentication or analytics providers. Their own privacy terms apply when you interact with them. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
We may update this Notice to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means (for example, a banner on the Service or an email). The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Notice constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where additional consent is required by law.
